I'm going to have to give that a try. I haven't tried any pudding yet.

I found a packet of sf pistachio in the pantry, so I think I'll whip up a batch later. I'll let you know how it turns out!

Ok, I tried the pistachio. I mixed one cup of non-fat, plain Greek yogurt, one cup of skim milk, one packet of sf pudding mix, and one scoop of vanilla protein powder in my blender. Then I let it blend for a couple minutes before pouring it into a container and popping it in the fridge. The result is interesting. It's very thick, almost like a cheesecake texture. It is very tasty! I'm not sure that the texture is good to me, so I would maybe add more milk and less protein powder next time. As I made it (with Cytosport 100% Whey powder, which is carby but I bought it at Costco so have a lot more to go before I can try a less carb heavy powder) a half-cup serving is 160 calories, .5 grams of fat, 15 grams of carb, and 22 grams of protein. You could get better stats with a different protein powder, I'm sure. It's thick enough that a half-cup portion would probably take me all day to eat! The flavor is yummy, though!

Hey pretty Girl!! How much of the SF pudding mix do you use??? I have been adding just the SF salted caramel to my Fage. But adding the pudding mix sounds yummy too.
