At GOAL and BMI is healthy!!
It is 12:20 AM and I need to go to bed. I have been moving my middle son all day long today and will continue to same tomorrow. My weight is REALLY down this early AM. I walked up and down stairs all day long taking things to the truck. Hopefully we will get everything out of the apartment tomorrow. I made very good choices today in fact I really didn't eat much ( the apartment has NO electricity turned on ) so I really didn't feel much like eating....just too hot but we took LOTS of cold water to drink. I plan on doing about the same tomorrow. Have a wonderful visit with your Dad in Arizona and I am so glad that you go to go.
