Good morning!!!  (posting early since I am on Arizona time)  What is your plan for today?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

B: Believe RTD
Lunch: BBQ pork sandwich (half)
Dinner: panko tilapia and veggie
Snacks: skinny cow cone

 Morning Paige,

It is 12:20 AM  and I need to go to bed.   I have been moving my middle son all day long today and will continue to same tomorrow.   My weight is REALLY down this early AM.   I walked up and down stairs all day long taking things to the truck.    Hopefully we will get everything out of the apartment tomorrow.   I made very good choices today in fact I really didn't eat much ( the apartment has NO electricity turned on ) so I really didn't feel much like eating....just too hot but we took LOTS of cold water to drink.    I plan on doing about the same tomorrow.    Have a wonderful visit with your Dad in Arizona and I am so glad that you go to go.

 Today came way too early.

The plan for when I decide to get my day started:
B: Protein shake
L: Protein shake
D: Egg foo young "muffins".  Its and Eggface recipe I've been wanting to try.

I also have to get my water down.  Yesterday I slacked off and got about 50 oz in.  In this heat I need to do better.

good morning to all; the weekend is almost here, and i can't wait because it's a 3-day weekend!!

B - 1/2 egg, bean & cheese taco (no tortilla)
S - Tall Skinny Caramel Macchiatto & bite low-fat blueberry coffee cake
L - 1/4 chicken parmesan w/ a few green beans prepared for me by Diet Gourmet
S - 2 oz Bumble Bee Lemon Pepper Tuna
D - hmmm.....maybe another 1/2 chicken parmesan w/ a few green beans

gotta drink more water, gotta drink more water, gotta drink more LIQUIDS period!  have a great one everyone!
