Good morning alittle early!!!  By the time most of you read this we will be well on our way to Arizona!!  Planning on leaving around 2am!  What is your plan for the day?  Remember the choice is yours so make it a good one!!!

I plan on making the best choices that I can on the road!!!

D: leftover day--either more waldorf salad or a piece of flank steak

took me a while to understand BLDS, etc....but i got it; i swear i'm missing some marbles today!

B - 1/4 chocolate chip waffle & 1/2 chicken sausage link pepared for me by Diet Gourmet

L - 2 oz lamb chop w/ 3 green beans prepared for me by Diet Gourmet
S - 2 Laughing Cow Cheese wedges on non-fat crackers
D - perhaps 2 oz chicken parmesan prepared for me by Diet Gourmet

water, water, water.....gotta keep trying to get the water down!
met the cutest guy yesterday!  soooo tall and so handsome and so funny; he has kept me laughing all day through texts!
