DANA-ty, my cajun sis-as I updated above, we are home, and he is settled. The wound site area isn't really "awake" yet, and I've already given him a pain pill to try to "stay ahead" of the pain cycle. I'm not supposed to change the initial dressing until tomorrow-but you know ME-I'm dying to look at this thing!!!!!
