Actually I ended up eating tomato soup at work and protein drinks....I ate some of the beans tonight. What is the point behind blenderizing it, to make it all liquids? I think it would've been easier to eat had it not been thick and grainy....I used chipotle and tomatoes and didn't care for that either.....Today was day 2. These 2 days have not been that bad but I haven't been doing the water I should be drinking. Is there any ponit to doing a 3rd day of liquids or just follow all 5 days as are?

To tell you the truth, I don't know. I stopped following the plan already. So many things didn't make sense to me. And I am not a huge meat fan to begin with. So I was gagging. I just finished a salad with a tiny bit of light raspberry vinagrette dressing, almonds, chicken, goat cheese and spring mix lettuce. I can't just eat plain old chicken. Nothing else. Gag. And I see nothing wrong with eating what I ate. Quite the opposite. In fact, I blew today all together. And I don't feel so bad about it. I had a protein shake for breakfast, a hard boiled egg for a snack. A turkey burger for lunch (the only thing on the plan I was supposed to eat), half a filet of orange roughy and half cup cottage cheese for dinner and then the salad now; 9pm. I just got home from playing flag football and was starving. I'd call it a snack but it doesn't really seem to fit that category. So all in all, I ate pretty darn healthy and protein packed food today. It just didn't fit the plan. But I will not beat myself up about it. If I can continue eating every day like I did today, the weight will come off. I've been working out 4-5 days a week too. It HAS to come off. At least that is what I will continue telling myself. Good luck!! But I seem to not be the one to ask advice of..haha

I didn't manage to start today with the time change and not eating till like 4, but I have everythign ready for tomorrow. And it's probably best since I am so incredibly busy at work, I don't have time to think of how hungry I might be.
So it's been over a year I am sure since I tried this. I hope it helps get me back to eating correctly.

Sounds like you didn't do so bad Rachel. I still have a ways to go, so I needed this jumpstart again and I do eat a lot of meat....unfortunately I like it wrapped in bread.....I haven't minded the liquids at all so far. Gives me a chance to drink chocolate and peanut butter. LOL
Becky...sounds kind of like waiting until 4 to eat could be hard on you.......we (my husband) bought some Atkins Mudslide Bars (teeny bite for me) and it's pretty good......just an opinion. :)
