Newbie...Waiting on surgery date

I posted earlier but for some reason it has disappeared from the board. Anyway, I am new to the board and am waiting on a call from the DR for my surgery date. TEENA C gave me an idea of calling my insurance myself and checking. Good Idea!
I am just trying to get some feedback and tips from the LapBanders. How much weight lost, etc?I am 5 ft and 203, BMI 40. Any advice would be great!

there are severak successful banders on the Texas board that will respond, but you might also try the lapband forum. They might reply more quickly........ Just a thought - Good luck - Gaye
