It was tough going cold "turkey" yesterday attempting to remove the bad carbs taste from my mouth. Why must the carbs be so delish? I cheated with two bites of pecan pie but otherwise I will count yesterday as a success story.
Today's plan:

L-turkey salad
D-mustard greens and steak

yestterdays plan did not hold up to my high stress day ending in the not quite house fire LOL but I didn't make horrible choices so I'm calling it a good if off pan day

I'm in for LOSING in December. I've put on a couple of pouinds this semester. I think I've been spending way too much time sitting and not nearly enough time moving my tush. I have got to get in more cardio. It would probably relieve some of that stress that sits between my shoulders, too. :)

Not sure my plan today other than the usual lunch. I have had it packed for two days at work but they have brought in Thundercloud subs and I ate.. and ate.. and ate.. chips too. OY
Breakfast will be eggs and dinner will be some beef with mushroom soup that I made last night.
The water bottle I brought is helping me get my fluids in at work. just wi**** had vodka in it, or xanax..

I ended up doing well for November despite my forays into the world of REALLY BAD carbs. Weight is exactly where it needs to be.
Plan for today:
Breakfast: Protein drink
Lunch: Olive Garden date with Clay: salad with light Italian dressing and ONE breadstick
Dinner: baked ham, baked beans and scalloped potatoes

Does this all look familiar?? Sure does to me, I've got to spend some time working on my menu today so I can get some variety back into things. I do like some staples regularly, but I don't think I've varied my meals much at all lately. Gotta get those creative juices flowing again.
