Prayers please
I just wanted to get the prayer chain going... Things haven't been going too well for me since April, with two car wrecks, discovering I have Bipolar D/O, extreme depression, migranes, and miscellaneous other issues that have been hard to deal with. To the final nail in the coffin, I found out today through email that I (along with my three co-workers), have been laid off efffective July 31st. Please pray for not only me, but my co-workers, as we will be feverishly finding a job even if for the time being. I know that people say "this too shall pass..." but at times it's hard to believe when you can't predict the future.
And I hate to say this,  but with all the stress, I really don't know how to deal with anymore.  I'm literally at the end of my rope. God Bless.
Alyssa

Prayers being sent up.  It does seem like it's two steps forward and one-and-a-half back sometimes.  I know, I'm there too!  Hope a new, better job comes along soon.

Prayers on the way, sister!  So sorry about the topsy turvey way the past few months have gone for you!  My daughter is bipolar and suffers from everything you mentioned plus has just returned from the dermatologist to learn that she has shingles.  She is only 16!!!!

It will get better...just not today!

Big hug!

Freddie

You know you have my prayers sweetie. Your world has been turned upside down just a few too many times in the past year or so.

I think you need a great big group hug!  We care a lot about you, and so sorry that you have had so many different things happen in your life.  We will have you in our prayers, on our hearts and in our thoughts as well.  {{hugs}}.  I hope a new job will come available to you soon.

Alyssa ~ Sorry, sweet girl, for all the blows! What kind of job will you be looking for? Maybe one of us knows of one in your field, or can keep our eyes and ears open! Make sure you keep in close contact with your Doctor over your other issues- the migraines, the bipolar d/o and the depression. Those can be EFFECTIVELY treated, but your doctor will have to be on top of everything - and you have to keep him there! You will be in my prayers - so please keep us posted! Whatever you do, don't lose contact with your support now!!! We are here for you! ~ Tara

Thanks.  All the messages have moved me to tears, quite literally.  I was working as a quality assurance specialisty for the Families First program (internal auditor, overseeing thier chart and compliance with federal guidelines).  I have almost 10 years experience in social services/nonprofit and am less than a year away from getting my masters in licensed professional counseling.  I acutally loved doing the quality assurance, but anything related to these positions I've had or office work will be welcomed.  Thanks again.

I am a LPC and have a few suggestions.  Please write me at [email protected] and tell me a little more about your background...send me a resume etc.  I have been in the field for 15 years.
