Cheap Hotel?
Can anyone tell me of a nice but cheap hotel
in Nashville? We were hopeing to pay about $30.00 a night. But everything I pull up on the internet is very expensive. We were going to stay two nights a Saturday Feb 3 and Sunday ,check-out Feb 5, 2 adults
. Any ideals. If you can give me a hotel name I can find a number.
Thanks
Charlotte

Hi Charlotte, I don't know too much about hotels in that area, but there is a Days Inn, and if you have AAA road service, you can get major discounts. What type of surgery are you having? How far from the hospital do you live? If you are having the gastric bypass, several Dr.'s prefer their patients to stay in the area if they live over the fifty mile limit. Just in case of an emergency. Check for Family Inns. I had to stay in one for 5 days after surgery and it was only 29.95 a night. Best of luck, Kathy
I have used www.orbitz.com many times and have always found great hotel rates.
The surgery info packet from Vandy has a $49 medical rate at three hotels on the shuttle service to VMC. While this is a little more than you were wanting to pay, the shuttle eliminates the need for parking at the hospital, and is a lot cheaper than the $139 regular rate of most of the hotels in the area.
