Hi everyone...does anyone know if there is a sugar-free liquid pain med out there? I bought some Tylenol last night only to discover it has corn syrup in it. I tried drugstore.com but they have the same thing. I know there is a PM formula but it completely knocks me out in just a few minutes so I can't take it during the day.

Does the liquid Tylenol cause you problems? Unless you are very sensitive to the sugars there is not enough in a dose to worry about.

I think they make those dissolve strips that dissolve on your tongue. If you have a pill crusher, you can crush tylenol. That is usually what I do for headaches and such.

You might want to try asking your family Doctor for something. This is what I had to do right after my surgery three years ago also they gave something for throwing up I was to take it atleast thirty minutes before I even tryed to eat. The reason for me telling you this is that nausea medication also helped with several different kinds of pain. Just thought I would send out another option to keep in mind you may not even want to go that way,but it may work out better for you in the long run.

I dont know if this wil help but I asked the pharmacist today. I was going to get the children's tylenol and remembered what you had said... I asked the pharmacist... she showed me a new tylenol that only says corn syrup, and has saccharin in it, and the children's tylenol says that its high fructose corn syrup. I took 1 tablespoon and did not get sick... so you might like it.... Its Tylenol Extra Strength Adult Rapid Blast Liquid cherry flavor
