My BMI
Just did my BMI. I now have a BMI of 24 NORMAL.
ing for joy, no longer overweight, morbid obese, or severe obese. I've gone from 53 to 24 in one year. I don't recommend having leukemia or any other forms of cancer to lose the weight. I lost 141 lbs in one year and a ton of inches. But I may look better, but the chemo has taken a major toll on my hair, and body making me look older then I am. I still have not tapered off, nor ever plateau since having the gastric bypass. I certainly didn't get in my water everyday. Couldn't keep it down. Nor can I take pills with water even now it has to be 2% milk or be sick.
time I am NORMAL. Love to all, Kathy
