And The Journey Begins

Isn't this an exhilirating ride so far?!! I just have this far out positive thing going on. I think I have enought to share. I think the fact that the last diet I was on a few months ago was a real bummer I gained more weight than ever before is what's going to encourage my doctor to go ahead with the paper work. I sure hope so. Not to mention that lately my BP had gotten out of control and she had to increase my medicine. I said it once and I'll say it again OUCH!!!!! my knees are hurting so badly. Always keep your head up.
