Hi, don't worry, getting plenty of rest, in Lavergne right now, heading for Portland, TN north of Nashville tomorrow and will be back in Morristown on the 2nd. Down to 140, need only 10 lbs to my goal. It doesn't matter what I do, the weight just keeps coming off. Dad's in ICU again, lost 5 pints of blood, bleediing from stomach and or colon. They keep having to give him blood until they can find where it's coming from. Please keep him in your prayers. My time at the library is almost over. I will contact you next week when I get home.
