Update ~ I'm ashamed...it's been 4 months!

Hi Ellen, It's nice to meet you! I remember that horrible wait for the insurance co. to approve my surgery ~ it's incredibly frustrating. What type of surgery are you having? I chose the lapband and am so pleased with the results. I've had no complications and would recommend it to anyone who is struggling with the yo-yo dieting effect. It has cured me for good!
