CMC Christmas Party

I had fun at the Christmas party this past Friday night. It was the first time I have gotten dressed up and actually took more than 5 minutes to do my makeup - - since surgery in October, that is. Mike and I took pictures before the party at home and I was very pleased. My last picture was taken the week I came home from surgery - - 9 weeks or so ago. I could see a big difference in my body size. Did everyone else who went have a good time?

Hey Melinda! It was so nice meeting you and everyone else! I had a good time at the party. I even danced a little knowing that everyone was probably looking lol You looked great too!! Everyone looked great! This was the first time since surgery (8 months ago) that I've dressed up semi-formally. I felt great! I only got a few pictures though I will have to play dress up more often lol Dressing up made me realize how much of an impact my weight truly has had on just about every aspect of my life... including the small things like how often I wore makeup, did my hair, etc. At any rate... I hope we all can meet up again sometime in the future! April
