Up date on Kathy Newton

Greetings Friends, My good friends I called Kathy Newton at the Blount Hospital where she is staying right now because of her health is not so well right now. She has tests and scans set up for the following weeks ahead of her. Right now she has an I.V and can only get some liquids in through the feeling tube. She is only getting broth and a glass of water down and maybe some jell-o not much of anything. She is in good spirits while I was talking to her on the phone. She is still feeling weak and tired. But she is a real trooper. She is enjoying the calls from you all here at obesity help..If anyone gets a chance go and visit her. The doctors are leaning more towards a three months stay. But she told me that she is going to asked them to get some time out so she can visit her sons and she will be back at the hospital in a couple of days after Christmas. She really wants to spend christmas with her sons. And I think she will not take no from the doctors and If we know Kathy Newton like we do she will be visiting her sons before Christmas in no time. So all of you please pray for her and keep her in your thoughts too. thank you Tina, I'm home and doing ok. Still choking on solid foods, but can't do anything about that. Lost more weight, down to 142. That's 12 to my goal. I have a feeling, I will be at my goal when I see Dr. Colquitt on Jan. 10 for my one year follow-up. You make a great Angel. Love Kathy
