I have been referred to Dr. Jeffrey Kappa of Surgical Associates of Kingsport. Does anyone know anything about him or can give me any pointers. Thanks.

Hi Sue, can't help you out there, except that the hospital didn't pass the Center of Excellence with Medicare. I went to Marysville for my surgery last January and had Dr. Colquitt of Premier Surgicals. He and Blount memorial are in the Center of excellance with Medicare. But I'm sure someone on this board can help you out. May God travel with you on this journey. Kathy
