Great local find!!!!!!

Yesterday I happened upon a little store named "It's All Sugar Free". I decided to check it out and am I glad I did! They carry every flavor of Sugar Free Da Vinci syrup you could want. The 16 oz bottle is only $9.99. They also have SF pancake syrups, jams, jellies, "Hershey" type chocolate syrup, cake mixes, candies, sauces, ketchup... They had all kinds of stuff. I got a bottle of Egg Nog and a bottle of Gingerbread Da Vinci syrup, a bottle of the SF chocolate syrup and a bottle of the SF pancake syrup. I'm going to try using the Egg Nog in a vanilla protein smoothie to see if I can make a protein drink that will help with my current egg nog craving. I will definitely be heading back there for more syrups. For those of you local to Nashville, the store is located on Murfreesboro Rd just before you cross Anderson/Bell Rd. It's in a little strip on the left hand side of the road before you get to the Wendy's. Susan

They are also on the website, itsallsugarfree.com. I'm sitting here right now drinking light egg nog. I drink it when I am not up to eating like tonight. To much pain, tired, and drained, I had some soup earlier, but the egg nog seemed to just pick me up. I can only take my medications with milk, and I am so glad it's egg nog season. have you ever tried Egg Nog ice cream. It should be against the law it's sooooooo gooooood. When I get to Lavergne where my son lives, we'll have to get together and go visit this store. I can buy sf waffle syrup at the store, but I would be interested in some different items.
