Help with recipes, encouragement and pill crushing

A very good thank you to everyone *****plied to me! It is 7:30 am and I appreciate all of the responses that I received. I got alot of help! I want all of you to know, that I did contact my PCP yesterday, and he is working on my anti-depressants. Also, I had the pharmacist to check all of my meds, to make sure I wasn't on anymore time-released, which I was, and it was one for the stomach! I know that it just takes time, and I remember everytime my Mother had surgery, she always had a bad time mentally after. So, the apple doesn't fall from the tree! But, again, thank you for the recipes, and support. As for the support groups, right now, I have my grandchildren, and it is hard for me to get there.
