Hmmm..that is what I am afraid of....where would you suggest? I want it to be hidden, but seen occasionally (like the ones I have on my ankle). Have you heard anything about, maybe, on the nape of the neck??

Yep seen four different people get them on there feet and they all said they were very painful plus they sometimes dont heal right because of your shoes and socks rubbing on them

Wow, Teresa!!! You look great! I remember you from the main board (it's been a while), by your before pic. I love the eyebrow piercing and the labret - unfortunately, I'm not allowed to have facial piercings at work. I was only allowed the tongue piercing because it's kind of hidden, and I work in an office offsite from the hospital.
Great job!!!
Hugs,
Gina

I remembered my first tat back in '99. It wasnt too bad... then after I had lost 170# and I wanted a "new" look, so I colored my hair and got another tat on my neck (to cover up birthmark that looks like a hickey) and got facial peircings...including tongue. So I have 9 peircings and I'm ready for my next tatt... my lower back since I LOVE low-rise jeans!!! woohoo!! You can check out my before/after pics in my yahoo profile, SxySalsa. I'm 2 yrs out.

Topic: RE: Should I wait?
My 10 tattoos preop hurt far less than the one I got postop on my back. It seems all that fat softens the sting of the needles. I'd wait until you get below 300lbs. As far as distortion goes, they are all looking good, but much smaller than they once were.

Topic: tattoos before surgery
hi all! I was just wondering, I had my eyes done on Saturday. (cosmetic tattooing, micropigmentation) and I was just wondering if that would be a problem before I have my surgery in April.
I know if you have a tattoo, you cannot donate blood,or plasma for like 6 months. I was wondering if its the same with surgery.
If anyone can help me out, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
