Just out of curiosity, why did this post rise up in the collective OH attention. Many newbies post that same thing every day and they don't get OH posting on other boards asking people to help them.

 Very much agree Nik.  I am all for support, but I do believe that OH, suddenly trying to appear helpful so often, will pass, and is a bit suspect. I have been on this forum for over 2 years now, and have NEVER seen OH responding in such HELPFUL ways before, as I have lately. Not that it isn't appreciated...of course.
