I didn't know about the stuffy nose and ears or the ear ringing. I wake up every morning to a stuffy nose, but it goes away soon. Ear ringing I'll be watching out for. Thanks!

Being as how you live close, Id say the wake up in the AM thing is just allergies... (I write with a kleenex in hand) its when you are fine and all of the sudden you stuff up that can be BP... Good Luck... and perhaps when we are done with this prego stuff, we get together for a coffee you are near Portland yes?

Ridgefield is about 20 minutes north of PDX. Two exits north of where 205 and 5 meet on the north end of the bypass.
