Update and High Risk Dr

Well I did good all last week after the bleed on Tuesday. Went to work Sunday and Monday night and Tuesday morning I had another bleed. Went to the doctor and the baby looked ok (was asleep so he/she wasn't moving much) and the heartbeat was steady at 160.  They just said to rest again and call if it happens again.  We also talked about scheduling my high risk appointment at 18-20weeks due to my many risk factors.  Well the office called today and the High Risk group wants to see me on Tuesday (13 1/2 weeks).  I am fine with that as I used to work with this group and really trust them.  So we will see what they say next week.  I will be working again this weekend, but if the bleed happens again after work, they said I might have to be off for a while.

I am glad the baby is doing good!! Congrats on the 2nd trimester!! I will cont. to pray that mommy and baby will be okay until the very end when baby is in your arms!

I am glad that you are going to be in great hands...my high rish Dr's were the best. I just dont believe they want you to keep working- and see if you bleed again.  I am a nervous nelly when it comes to pregnancy issues (I thought I would need ativan to wean myself from my progesterone injections I was so nervous)--- and I probably would have them take me off until things calmed down, or put me on modified duties to lower the risk.  Keep you and baby in my thoughts!

Sorry you are having so many problems.  I'm very happy that the baby is doing great though!
