No, absolutely not. I believe Dr Sauceda is a great PS and I've been in his OR 3x. This is a way for me to have mini vacations each year. NYC, Orlando, Tyler TX, Chicago and even years Las Vegas. He's a friend and I admire his work.
His consults in the states allow people to come and visit with him and get a consult, and see some of his work up close as there are generally 3-8 post ops that come too.

I had massive breasts my entire life. I never knew my proper size, but I would say I capped out at about 40/42 EE or F at my heaviest. I wore what I could find and wasn't too embarrassed to wear, basically. Having lost all the weight, I was left with nothing but the tube socks you describe. I wore a 36DDD just before surgery. When I saw my surgeon for the first time, Dr. Capella, he explained that when someone needs a drastic lift, such as myself, that he would not put in an implant at the same time because it would cause pulling and strain in opposite directions on the incision, but an implant could be placed about 6 months later.
I just had my surgery done a little less then 2 weeks ago, and I am very happy with just the lift. Did I lose size? Absolutely. But my breasts are NORMAL looking now. They are probably a small C. But they sit prettily on my chest, with nicely sized and placed nipples. It is something I would have never dreamed of.
Honestly, I would say don't be scared of the lift. I was scared of the itty bitty ***** committee because large breasts were a part of my "identity" my whole life. But now that I'm here, I'm very happy! I can't wait to be healed enough to go bra shopping!

Having had seemingly every complication under the sun, I would NEVER do plastic surgery away from my home. I am still under my plastic surgeon's care for open wounds and I am nearly 11 weeks out and had a pulmonary embolism from it just 3 weeks ago. Not everyone is that unlucky, but I'm not sure what I would have done if I were even a state away from home let alone a world away.

I was a 42B at my heaviest and am now a droopy 36B/34C. My surgeon said doing a lift without augmentation would leave me really small as I basically have no breast tissue and frankly never did. He said he would need to at least do a small implant with a lift to leave me with anything. It's a bummer to not have the choice of good breasts with just a lift...
