Surgery tomorrow!

Hi Jen,

Sorry I missed this post before your surgery.  I did say a prayer and swing the proverbial chicken in your honor for a smooth, uncomplicated surgery and recovery.

I have been really busy with getting ready to move (local move), dating and working that I haven't really been doing much on the plastic boards or looking into more consults around here.  I really need to find a surgeon here that would let me work off the cost in trade, but I am sure that will not happen.  In the mean time, I have been checking out all the Sauceda patients and have my eye on him and heading to Mexico somewhere between 9-12 months from now.  Maybe sooner if I win the lottery...maybe I need to start playing it if I would like to win it...lol. 

My boyfriend is from Mexico and is very pleased with what we have seen about Dr. Sauceda and what he has been able to find out from some of his doctor friends in Mexico.  He will go with me and spend the 2 weeks there when I go.  He has been very supportive and encouraging to me about my WL and future goals of plastics.  He really likes that I am involved in the forums and the group meetings that I attend with Dr. C.  I think I hit the real jackpot with him.

I am glad to see that you are doing so well.  Keep us posted on your progress and you know how to reach me if you just need to talk sometime.

 I had my vist consult with PS yesterday - I felt great about him and his staff.  Now it's just getting the money together.  That sucks.  Good Luck to you and I will keep you in my prayers.
