im waiting to get approved for a CT scan, got bad news about my ankle last
week.  may have to have more surgery, all i can say is GRRRRRR..

Happy hot Monday, sober 280 days and so proud of me.
Hubby out of pain meds, so no fun here.
So sad about our losses in Afgan,prayers for them,their family's and our nation. Such a horrific loss.

Nothing new with me, I had a relaxing weekend and baby sat Libby my SD's rescue puppy. She finally settled down after about 24 hours. Finally! The stinker some how got out of the kennel but my 3 dogs stayed in. Jail Break! LOL
Libby stayed in the yard and just ran around on our 8 acres.

Our dept. will be moving down the hall, don't have a date but it will be soon.
I start my new position on the 15th of this month. Next week! Wow! I'm excited about learning new things and being back on the Nursing Unit.

Hello all,

Don't look for any rays of sunshine from me today.  Hubby being cranky and hurtful last night.  Didn't get a lot of sleep.  Woke up with tension headache.  Not sure if I am going with him to Lafayette today or not!  The thought of spending 6 hours cooped up in the car with him today is not appealing.  On the other hand, why shouldn't I have a couple of days laying out by the pool at the Hilton?  I'll have to make up my mind here in a little while.  We'll see what his attitude is when he wakes up.

Keeping my daughter's dog for her this week while she goes to a wedding in Arkansas.  Molly (the dog) pooped all over the living room floor last night!  Ugh.  Guess she didn't know how to tell me she needed to go out.  She's a big dog, so it's a BIG poop! 

I think I'll get off of here before I think of something else to complain about!

Mon,  I posted about the wedding last night on Sunday's thread.  You can read it there, but in a word:  HOT!  It was very, very HOT and miserable, just as I thought it would be.  Read about the reception, too!  Glad I was not the MOB this time around!

Hubby is acting contrite this morning and says he wants me to go with him.  I'm being *****y about it.  This does not bode well, but I'm packing my bag anyway.

Vickie....hope your hubby settles down...sheesh he never sees you...MEN.....that is why I will never get married again.....don't want to put up with their drama.  I prefer to date and not have them around when I don't want them. Works great for me!!!

Sorry about the dog messes....UGH!!!
