Freaky Friday...What's Up?
Good morning Trish & all.
Well my boys made it to Texas yesterday. It sounds like the trio was fun. Of course the 4 girls attacked there dad as soon as they saw him! Today is one appt. with a doc. Mon is another. As soon as I hear something I will post it. You all have been so great to us.
Today I need to do some green beans, pick raspberries & maybe some sewing. So nice to be home for a while!
I hope all of you that aren't feeling well, feel better soon. I had a cinnamon roll yesterday & boy was I sick. Do we ever learn? Caroline, please be safe on your trip. Have a wonderful day!!!

Busy working here at work and I got here early to tackle some things. I think I'm only going to work half a day and leave early so I can go camping and get on the road a little early.
So everyone have a great weekend, I'm keeping a lot of you in my prayers.

Morning all...sober 270 days and so proud of me.
Traveling bra on. getting ready to go to VA dental app for hubby. VERY humid here this morning. Grateful for AC in RV and the dry cycle. Amazing what 3 small fans can do to circulate the air from all the nooks and crannies. I open the cabinets in our "3" rooms to let the heat built up out.
Sending prayers to all...especially Morgan and her family. Hoping Grammylew has a good trip back home. Wishing the sleep fairy to all of us who need her.

The results of my bone scan came back. For the first time in many years I do not have a bone loss but an INCREASE!!!!!
Last year my PCP said to incorporate weight bearing excerizes on a routine basis. I followed his advice and it has helped.
He even wrote a "keep up the good work" note on the results.
I found the perfect pearls for Anne-Marie. It was easy, painless and quick. The complete opposite of her birth.
