Freaky Friday...What's Up?
I am up late tonight. Had a busy day all day Thursday, including getting rained on at a Phillies game, which they lost. Still had fun though.
We left the game right after the 7th inning because I am not feeling well. You know I must be sick to walk out of a Phillies game. I have been constipated for days now. I took Miralax a few days ago, and it barely worked. So, I took some more tonight. Add to that, I am feeling nauseous all night. I had this nausea earlier this week, and had the dry heaves for hours.
If I manage to make it through the night, I will head in to work in the morning. If not, I will spend the night in the bathroom, or with a bucket by my bed.
I ordered some OA books from Amazon over the weekend and they arrived today. I need them because I blew my sugar abstinence already. I guess it is time to get an OA sponsor and dig out the dietary guidelines my surgeon gave me last year.
I hope everyone is feeling better than I am, and has a terrific Friday.

I can't sleep ... had a busy day and I was so tired, but I guess I had too much caffeine because even my drugs aren't knocking me out tonight.
Trish, I watched the Phillies-Giants game from home; you wouldn't have liked the end anyway. Sorry you aren't feeling well. I enjoy baseball, but I enjoy it better from home and my recliner. I used to really enjoy going to the games, but my body can't take it anymore. And now I can actually fit in the seats. Go figure!
Mag, hope you get some sleep. I know how tough it's been for you.
I went to see the new Harry Potter movie with my cat rescue friend, Patricia. We had seen the Deathly Hallows, Pt. 1, together, so I knew she wanted to see this. The theater at the mall is just $2.75 for matinees. It's not as nice as the newer theater but it's good enough. So I picked her up, took her to her bank (she's been without her car for awhile), went to the farmers' market and got some tomatoes (she bought some local honey) and then to the movie. She directed me via the scenic route, so it was interesting.
After the movie, we walked around the mall a little ... went to GNC; she's into some supplements; I picked up some protein drinks on sale to try. Then we stopped in the food court and split some chicken teriayki. Came back home so she could see Juliette, then I drove her home and saw the five kittens she had rescued (momma cat was all black, a beauty she has named Tatiana). The kitties were just starting to walk. She lost one kitty already, the only male (she thinks). They were so cute and precious. Three of them were black, one tortie and one gray.
I got home about 7 p.m. and was whipped. Didn't really do all that much, just used to being home most of the time. But I did have fun. I enjoy being around Patricia, she's a good person. People who like animals are.
Well, today is my last day off, and I really got to get some of the stuff I wanted to get done ... done! Which is why I wanted to get to bed early tonight. I was tired enough, it just wasn't happening. I came out and had a cup of Sleepytime tea; hope that helps.
Enough of this. I'm watching some TV, too, to unwind. Have a good day.

Hi you late night non-sleepers....me too! I laid there in the bed and even had some special music on for relaxing but finally said this is rediculas and here I am.... Was the HP movie sad? Was it good? You got a nice price, anyway...

The scavengers must be prowlen around outside because someone was knocking on our door at 3am and I didnt get up to answer it. Woke Tevia out of a sound sleep. Bentley is over at my cousins house visiting!!!!!
So now I am wide awake.
My stomach is in knots, thinking of the wedding, packing, trying not to forget the things I need for the welcome bags I am going to make.
Carl is snoring away.
I should here today if I get the prn job in Tampa or not today. We shall see.
I have a computer class today from 1 to 3 then Im going to go with my cousin to BJs and she wants to take her kids for shoes. that should be fun!!!!!!
Maddox is acting out lately and he wacked me in the nose yesterday. thank god he didnt break it!!!! That little 4 yr old has a punch like a man. he doesnt listen so today he is going to really learn what time out is!!!!!!!
have u ever seen a cat eat popsicles? My Tevia loves them!!!!! it is so funny.

eats popsicles. His most favorite is cantalope though. The little brat won't leave me alone so I usually fix him a bowl of his own.
