Feeling Lazy
trying to get up the energy to do some exercise. And just by writing that here is giving me the incentive to go and take a walk. Thanks for being there to hold me accountable to what I should be doing.

I had a sleepy day yesterday despite a good night, I was sleepy all thru the day..maybe it was the heat & humidity.
Today I TRIED to have a lazy day.....NOT!
I went into Niagara Falls and picked up my friend and we drove to the house of another lady because I had a video interview to do for YouTube. That lady runs "Inspirational Tranformational"...an international website dedicated to SPIRITUALITY(not religion)...this was my second interview and it took an hour.
Then the three of us went to "Queen Charlotte's Tea Room" for lunch...quite an interesting discussion! I had homemade fresh salmon cakes and salad..delish!
On the way home, I stopped in at the grocery store and bought two rotisserie chickens because with the cost of our rural hydro and "smart meters", it would cost me MORE to buy fresh chickens and roast them myself! Of course, I didn't stop there and added fresh bean salad, edame (soybeans) salad, pickled peppers, extra-lean turkey kolbassa, Light Philly cream cheese, very old cheddar and some custinies. Darned good thing I'd taken in enough extra reusable fabric bags. Yup...spent the afternoon "cooking dinner"...lol. (truth is all I cooked were some fresh cobs of corn....shhh!!)
Back home by 4pm to vacuum, phone calls to deal with, dus****er my plants, water the animals and frame my next writing project. KInd of a quiet day for me but I get to stay home Friday! YAYY!
