hot, hotter, hottest
So, I am in Baton Rouge for a workshop thing. I'm staying at the Hilton, compliments of my new job. The housekeepying folks come by in the evening and knock on the door, and they ask if I want my bed pulled down. I usally say no, because I can pull back my own covers. But tonight, I had a late start on getting my walking in, so while I was in the gym doing a treadmill -five-miles to Tina Turner, they came in and pulled down the covers, put two chocolates on my pillow, and left me abottled water. While I travel a lot, I rarely stay at the Hiton, but I'm thinking of making Hilton my travel hotel…especially since I don't have to actually pay.
Tomorrow, after my all day workshop, I am going to walk on the river and do a bike ride instead of trdemil. Well, I took my allergy pill and am aboutta go to sleep.
I'm sure I will re-read this post and think, argh, no more writing under the influence of allergy pills.
Well, it's off to sleep I go.
