It is so hard not to compare your weight loss to others, but really really try not to compare. It will drive you nuts and make you feel sad.
Have you talked to a dietitian for advice? Are you weighing, measuring and keeping track of everything you put in your mouth?
My trainer at the gym said it isn't good to exercise every day. The body needs time to recoup. He suggested every other day. (No, I don't always follow his advice about that either)
Stalls happen to all of us. Not the good part of WLS but inevitable.
I can't think of any other advice but certainly know how you feel.

Hi Lileee,
I wrote an answer and before I submitted it I hit a wrong key and my computer froze. Here's the shorter version
1) Exercise: I notice you didn't mention it. Exercise is a must. The surgery we had is a tool. The other tools are up to us to use. If you haven't been exercising much, now is a good time to get busy. My stall came when I wasn't active enough but started losing again when I kicked it back into gear. If you are exercising then change your routine. Mix it up and challenge yourself within reason.
2) Carbs: You didn't mention carbs. They must be limited as much as possible. Especially white things. No more white potatoes, flour, and pastas. I rarely touch pasta, bur when I do I use brown rice and whole wheat pasta. Your really need to track your food, inches, activities. I use the Health Tracker right here on OH. There are many other websites that do the same. Others use them.
3) My surgeon said 50% of a meal should be protein while good fat should be 25% and dense carbs also 25%. 80 grams of protein is good. I know many others who stay between 100 to 120 grams. What is your surgeon"s plan? Every doctor is different but the basic needs remain the same.
Protein first
Get your water in
Exercise on a regular basis
Track your foods etc otherwise you can not know what you are doing well or what needs to be tweaked.
Good luck on your journey. I want you to be successful. Mag
Keep posting. Let us know how your are doing.

Don't give up....... it will happen!!
Are you eating exactly the same thing everyday....you need to vary it.
What kind of protein are you getting in??
I agree....exercise but change it up. Walk one day...swim one day etc.
Are you drinking too soon after meals??
I think you are too stressed about losing. Relax....you will lose the weight and the inches!!
Be sure to talk to your doctor and nutritionist....explain everything to them...I am sure they can help.
I am wishing you the best....hang in there....keep us updated.

Tomorrow will make 3 months out for me. I had a stall (my second) that lasted over 4 weeks and I was feeling desperate -- way too soon for me to quit losing! Had my followup with my surgeon a couple of days ago and he analyzed my food log (which I keep diligently) and told me I was getting too much protein! With all the emphasis on getting enough protein, I sure didn't know you could get too much. I wasn't exceeding my calorie limit but I do struggle with getting enough water down every day. Surgeon told me to limit by protein to 80 mg tops and drink drink drink. I've limited my protein to less than 80 and really concentrated on my fluids, and broke my stall - FINALLY!
Anyway, I've read tons about getting in enough water, watching carbs, etc. but haven't seen anything on getting too much protein, which I never would've guessed, so I thought I'd throw it out there for you as another tidbit that might help. He also wants me to get my thyroid checked as that can be a factor. Good luck!
