I am in the process of finding a new Psychiatrist....I meet with him at the end of July.
I too have been so blessed with an awesome psychiatric team....I have seeing them for about 30 years. Hated to leave them but my therapist there was retiring so I don't mind that I had to move and start over. He was fantastic too!!

Turns out I missed the psychiatrist appointment because I screwed up the time of it, which I hate. In all these years, I only did that one other time. I am usually very diligent with these appointments, actually with all of my appointments.
My therapist is the best. He has helped me change in so many ways, it is not funny. I only wish I had met him when I was a teenager. I could have saved my marriage had I done that.
I am glad you seeing a new doc. Hopefully, you will develop a good relationship with your new psychiatrist, and maybe he can refer you to a good therapist, if that is the direction you need to go.

Good morning Eileen and OFF family to post later. Happy Tuesday.
Had to drive to Wayland, hubby had to drop off his truck to be fixed. Got gas there and opted for a car wash, big mistake, that damn car wash made me dizzy. The car is stable but the machines move. I had to close my eyes and told hubby to tell me when it was over. Now I'm just tilted this morning! UGH!!
So I'm sipping on my water this morning and taking my vitamins for the AM. Looking forward to going to the gym after work and do the pool. They just got more weights so I'll have a nice workout. Tomorrow is my Friday! Whhhooooooooooooooo...can't wait to head up north and just relax!!

Debbie...I always slip Nic some money for doing the car..... my daughter doesn't like it when I pay him....it is our secret......he even hand waxes....cleans the tires and the inside of the car....what an awesome grandson!!
Those children grow so fast....it won't be long and your grandson will be doing it for you!

I always loved it when I helped my grandma around the house and she would give me $5.00. We had a very special relationship.
Now my little Rozzie is 9 and growing up fast. She likes to help out and I will always give her some money or we go shopping. That child is a chatterbox, she comes by it naturally, her mommy loves to talk too! LOL
Grand kids make the world go round, they complete my circle of life.

This day better improve! Yesterday I wwnt to ger my new crown. He makes it right in the office. It takes 2 hours. As he was putting it on he noticed a chip. Apparently it had been dropped and he didn't see the chip til it was on a partially glued. He pried it off and remilled it. By the time it was on I had been there 3 plus hours and the pain was beginning. Put the vicodin RX at WM and will pick it up this morning. I am supposed to take 4 football size antibiotics before because of my shoulder and hip. I forgot! Did NOT tell them. In the night I woke up freezing!! Had my DH come turn on the shower so I could just jump in. I shivered through the shower, put on my heavy robe and my DH turned up the heat. I am still freezing. Took the pills. My temp is 101. Hopefully it will go down. My DIL just called. Our son was supposed to be able to take her to her dentist for root canal. Emergency at work. I have to take my DH to the podiTrist at the same time. So, as soon as this cocoa warms me up I will go get her. Drop her first, then drop my DH. His takes 15 min, then will run him home and go wait for DIL. She takes xanax before she goes so can't drive! I don't need pain meds this AM, just a sweater!

I have almost forgotten to take my antibiotics before a dental procedure ... almost. I almost didn't take them before a foot procedure (well, not quite, because I didn't know he was going to remove the ingrown nail that day ... he quickly gave me the antibiotics right then and there). The last time when I broke the tooth, I didn't have antibiotics available, so they gave me some at the dentist. I always wondered what would happen if I didn't take them ... guess I don't want to find out now.
Hope you feel better ... all I'd have to do to warm up is to step outside.
