It's Thursday! Dangerously Close to the end of the week!
Hello all,
Late to the party today for sure. I've had a hella day and it's not over yet. So much going on here until after the birthday party for my grandson on Saturday. I made a 5 hour shopping trip this morning and afternoon to New Braunfels. I had so much to buy and had to go to so many different stores. It was fun though, until I got back home.
Going to gripe here, so tune out if you want to! Got home and hubby still has made absolutely NO effort to start cleaning up around here. He knows we are having a party on Saturday and he KNOWS what I expect him to do. We had a talk about it last night. The thing is, I can't clean up until HE cleans up! I'm trying not to start a fight. But I desperately need to sweep and mop and vacuum this place tonight! Tomorrow is devoted to food prep. He's definitely getting on my last nerve.
I don't know. Maybe I should start some of the food prep tonight and clean in the morning. I'm trying to be flexible. He IS working hard on rebuilding the bathroom after all.
Well, it isn't the first time he's bugged me and it won't be the last, huh?
I'm too tired to remember what everybody wrote earlier! LOL! Sorry! Talk more tomorrow!

Congrats on your workouts. That is an area that I lack - exercise. Monica, so proud of you. Karen, the shoes are perfect in my book. Connie, hope you feel better. Trish, keep trying. Judy, hope your Mom and Sis do OK. Debbie, those girls must have had so much fun. Kudos to Grandpa. Barb, Hope that UTI clears up quick. Laureen, wtg with all the exercise. Cindi, all the prep is worth knowing your colon is clean of disease. Vickie, Feel free to gripe. Our new bathroom was almost complete the end of April. The tools and supplies for the finish work are still on the floor in the dining room and reading area off the living room. Eileen, I get a Chai for our Keurig that is 70 calories and yummy. Hope you feel better soon.
I got good news yesterday. My CT scan shows my cancer is still shrinking. In fact they could not see the cancer on the tip of my left lung anymore! I had to change chemo. This one has more side effects and I will probably lose my hair again. The up side is I only have to go once a month for chemo.
