Last night, all I could think about was having a nice fresh donut for breakfast (with a diet dr pepper!).  When I woke up, all I could think about was having a nice fresh donut for breakfast (with a diet dr pepper).... I have exercised, treated myself to a muscle milk for breakfast, and am sipping on sugar free flavored water, and craving the donut and diet dr pepper!

Oh my...you were having "food porn dreams"!! LOL

Stay tough, don't cave into having a donut and a diet dr. pepper.
But now really think....would that make you fat? Nope.
Will you survive and move forward from eating crap? Yep.

Working hard and putting in the hard work of resisting is the key, eating less and moving more. Simple combination. Can we do this all the time, for the rest of our lives? Nope.

Why? Because we are not perfect.
Sometimes we need to treat ourselves, just not every day.
So tell yourself you deserve to be healthy and a normal weight. That won't happen if we treat ourselves everyday.

Think how that donut looks on your thighs. . .  think how that dr pepper will cause you health issues down the road. . .  try and look at the whole picture instead of just the pleasure it gives you which in truth is momentary, health is long lasting, focus on health. . .
