What's Up on Tuesday?
Good Morning OFF Family,
I am up late tonight, can't sleep. I am a little annoyed with my health and the timing of my life these days. My sis-in-law rented a house at the beach for this week. My daughter came to town, so I was unable to go down there. My daughter went down the shore Monday to spend the day. I begged her to schedule it for Tuesday, because I had to work a half day. I would have gone down for the rest of the day, but I did not have the strength because of my chronic pain. So, I am frustrated because I missed spending the day with the Munchkins at the beach. I wish my daughter would have been willing to change her plans for today, so I could have spent the day with them at the beach. I hate my health situation right now.
Tuesday has me going to that butcher shop I was supposed to go to on Saturday. I never made it down there. I also have some tidying to do, as Colleen and the Munchkins are going to come over. If it is nice, we will take a walk down by the river. I have some toys for the kids to play with, and some clothes to give them that I bought at the Salvation Army. Before any of that, I must make an AA meeting. I desperately need one because of all the jumbled feelings I have inside.
Have a great day.
Hugs,
Trish

Seek always to do some good, somewhere. Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth. You must give some time to your fellow man. For remember, you don't live in a world all your own. Your brothers are here too.

Hi Trish and all my OFF friends,
We had a wonderful long weekend in NY with our son, dil and grandchildren. DIL had the girls with her in NJ until Sat. afternoon for her Great Aunt's funeral, so we took the boys miniature golfing. Then on Sunday we took everyone to The Wild Center near Tupper Lake, NY. It was beautiful weather both days. We came back Monday. The boys had to go to school. I took a lot of pictures and have a great one I'm going to frame of the four grandkids.
We told our son we would pay for $1,000 to $1500 worth of building supplies so he can close up the front section of their house before winter. And finish a bathroom he is putting in on the second floor. Son says thanks so much. Then I tell DIL separately later in the day and she says, I think we have everything we need. Hubby has done construction all his life and knows son does not have the sheetrock, etc. There was no "thank you", "that's great" - WTF? Other than that she was very nice to us.
Well my chemo drug Taxol is making my toes go numb so we need to change my chemo. I'm seeing the oncologist on Weds. to find out the results of my latest CT scan and discuss the chemo changes. Keep me in your prayers. Say two - one that my cancer has shrunk and another that the new chemo has no adverse side affects. Thanks.
Prayers going out from me for all of you who need/want them. I hope everyone is doing well.
Hugs,
Bev

Saying a prayer for you right now....
Dear God,
Please let the doctors have the knowledge and grace to treat Bev with the correct drugs.
May Bev have peace and joy in her life knowing that God is at her side always.
God, we know you have a plan, we all give thanks to you God for listening and knowing always we are not alone.
Bev, indeed you are not alone. Hang in there and I'm praying your cancer has/will shrink. Debbie

Bev, prayers said for you each day. Happy that you have been able to be busy and enjoy your family time. Crazy how DIL acted, maybe she was embarrassed about the $$$$. I have learned NOT to get a thank you from people. Sad but true. I hate having numb feet...I did it to myself from crossing legs too much and damaged calf nerve area that at one time totally paralyzed the right foot, could not lift it at all. Hubby still does not get it...that I walk so slow because I need to "feel" the ground before I pick up one foot and then the other. That is why I don't drive anymore. I admire your ***** and attitude.
