Morning Monica and OFF family!!!
WOW Monica 175 days now!!! Congrats!!!! :-) Hope that leg starts feeling better soon for you!!!!
Well mom is still in the hospital. Talked to her last night and she said that her oxygen level just isn't where it should be so they are keeping her yet. I am not to worry about her she said. Yeah right mom!!! But I would rather she be there where she is looked after then at home and not be...I know my brother would be taking good care of her but still....
Boy those storms just are not giving up are they?! So far they are moving north of me on the west side of cleveland. But they are saying 90% for the day and we are in the red all day.
Going back to work today since being off since a week ago tuesday! Wonder how much of a mess I will find? Not looking forward to that at all but I will be there 1-9 so it will keep me busy I am sure.
Yesterday Rick bought me a beautiful rose bush. I can't wait for it to bloom now!! We planted it in a planter like the others I bought last year. Those have leaves coming now so they are doing good. The one I brought from Michigan is still dead. I guess Rick's step dad really did kill it good!! Rick said I should throw it out but I can't...yet. Still need to plant my cherry tomato plants I bought before we went to Michigan. I have 4 blossoms on one of them already!! I can't wait til they are grown and ripe to eat!!!! YUMMMMMMM!!!!!!
Well that is about it for me today...need to shower and get ready for work. Thoughts and Prayers going out for those that need them.
HUGS

The sun is finally shining today..no rain...YAY!!
Wishing you all a really great day. Prayers for so many in need.
Love and hugs to all......connie d
Congrats on 175 days, that's great. I talked to Carla the other night on Skype. And I've shared a cabin with her for seven days and a room a couple of times.
We had a big storm last night ... tornado warnings ... but no twisters here (or at least none at my home). I hear there was a tornado in West Monroe, but none in Monroe. Poor Juliette hunkered down under the bed, she was so scared by all the thunder boomers. She came out for a moment to let me pet her and then another thunder boomer roared, and she was back under the bed. Oh, and the power went out for a moment, too.
My White Sox won a thriller last night ... beat the Yankees, 3-2 with a pair of great defensive plays in the ninth inning. About time they started playing better.
I have an appointment at the dermatologist to take care of the scalp crud this morning, then I'm going to see a movie. Not much else going on. Last day of vacation. It's been nice to have a week off with no work to do.
More storms are predicted today, then the weather is supposed to cool off signficiantly. Oh well ... have a nice day.
Love you all!
Work day for me, then WLS support group tonight. Some studying for my Management class. Just another typical day. Tomorrow in our 26th Anniversary. Can't believe we've been married that long. It's been a wonderful adventure so far.
Hugs everyone!

Not much going on here in sunny southern California. Just a regular work day. Then this evening I will be volunteering with a children's grief support group. Congratulations on the sobriety, Monica. That is impressive. Sounds like a great fun in the sun day for you. Take care everyone and have a great day.
