It's Thursday- I am officially in hell!
I hope ya'll have a fantabulous day!
Sorry to say it, but it is Thursday by my calendar (lol), though a Friday for those who have off tomorrow. . .
Back when I get to work. . .

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . . It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . . Laureen

SOOOO,nothing planned. That is OK. Yoda knows I am not feeling well. He paces back and forth when I try to move and lays in front of me at my feet or by the couch. The night of the injury I went to the dog park, but stayed in the vehicle. He got there, went in, ran around a little with some dog friends, pooped and walked to the gate and stood there looking at John and then me, as if to say, Lets go, I am all set and Mommy needs to lay down.
Trying not to think that we will not be able to go with our new "family" friends to the beach on Easter Sunday. I am so psyched about this wonderful couple and their sons. Menu sharing planned and determined. I want to get together a Easter Basket for them. Since they are dedicated to healthy eating and having great success at this with simple yet effective food changes, I want to make up the basket with fun stuff, not food stuff. I have missed making up Easter basket for my own 3 and Gkids.
Thought I would get a large colorful beach bag, put in 3-4 colorful kitchen towels for easter grass, get Jenn, the wife & Mom a big floppy blue hat to match her bathing suit, Eric, the Dad and barber and motorcycle biker one of those tie around go under your helmet things. Their 3 sons would get swim goggles and a football for catch in the water.
Well, the tylenol is kicking in, so slowly off to the couch for a nap. Hugs all. Monica
Good morning OFF family, the sun is shining here in Michigan but it's cold.
Choir practice went well yesterday and on Sunday the men are making breakfast before services. The good thing is they are making omelette's! I'll pass on the pancakes.
For a fund-raiser today the volunteers are having a uniform sale. I stopped by and they have compression socks for sale, I just may run back down and buy some.
I'm off work tomorrow and it's mandatory, but I do have a choice of taking the day off with vacation pay or with out pay.
Prayers and hugs for those in need and grammylew a great big hug to you and hope you now are feeling a little better. Debbie
I second the motion! Don't mess around with dehydration!
Monica, so proud of your daily count. I lurk more than post but do keep an eye on you! And I am glad you are seeing improvement in the calf pain. I pulled a muscle once (stepped over a baby gate...should have just unlatched the darn thing!) - all the doc did was give me a muscle relaxant which put me under the table. But the pain and immobility sounded much like what you are dealing with. (It DID get better slowly by the way!)
Today I am working at home (well, home in FL), and then taking an afternoon drive out to Sanibel to see a friend there and have dinner and some beach time together. That's about it for today.
