Hi everyone!!! I am not new to the site, but I am new to the Over Fifties Forum!! I am 54 years old, and I am having surgery next Thursday, April 28th. I have been trying for eight long years to get the RNY done and now it is finally happening. I have not had to do the pre-op diet like everyone on here seems to do; however, I have been sticking pretty much to liquids for the last couple of weeks. It is nice to meet all of you here, and looking forward to joining all of you on the losing side real soon. Any advice for me, I would love to hear it!!!
