I am about to leave to get my taxes done. I just wanted to pop in and say a quick hello.
My life sucks right now...I am just trying to put one foot in front of the other. I have to keep it going.
No appetite....will do my best to get my protein and water in...other then that I don't care.

Good morning Linda and Friends. Sorry you had a bad night.
B - protein shake
S - protein shake
L - catfish and braised cabbage
S - yogurt with granola
D - boneless pork loin chop with onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms, broccoli or roasted veggies
S - deli ham and cheese or cottage cheese and fruit
Blood pressure this morning was 94/55. The darned nose bleeds have started again, possibly because of cold dry weather, at least that's what I'm hoping.

Sorry you had a bad night.
Yesterday when I was doing errands I passed a restaurant that had a big sign advertising breakfast, including the evil word SCONES. I love scones and haven't had one in 17 months. I managed to resist yesterday, but this morning after my aerobics class I went to that place and ordered a raspberry white chocolate scone. It was divine...but it got stuck in my stoma after 3 small bites. So I'm very much over the scone thing now.

S: 3 bites of scone
L: tuna salad
S: yogurt
D: salmon w/ lemon sauce, carrots with ginger butter
S: chocolate protein bar

Jean - I know what you mean about somethings calling our name. I tried 1/2 of a Krispy Kreme doughnut and got stuck... I am over it now and won't be trying that again!

I just add 2 tablespoons of SF cherry syrup (DaVinci or Torani brands) to a chocolate protein shake.
Before I found the SF syrups (several sources online), I would add 1/2 c. canned cherries (drained) to the milk and chocolate protein powder and whiz in the blender. But I like the cherry syrup better.
