When I was reading the what are we eating and what's eating us thread from yesterday (Monday)... I think it was Monday anyway... I saw someone had "protein chips" listed.  What are those?  I could go for something crunchy once in a while.  I sometimes eat soy nuts and those are good and full of protein but maybe a little high in fat.  So what are protein chips anyway?

I found some online called Better Balance made from soy.
Think they came from bariatriceating.com.
I may have heard about them on the Eggface site.
I'm sorry to be so vague but they were purchased awhile ago.
I like the pretzels and the cheesy flavored ones.
Good luck,  Linda

They are made my Kay's Naturals.  I buy them directly from their own site at kaysnaturals.com   They also make protein cereal and protein pretzels.  I am addicted to their French Toast Stick pretzels.  I don't know if you know Melting Mama from the RNY board?  If you type in the code MAMA they take off 20% on your order.

Aloha Laura......Oh, a subject near and dear to my heart. I found "Eating Right Soy Crisps" at Safeway here on Maui, so I'm sure they will be wherever you live. They are DELICIOUS...I like the barbeque kind and they have 12 grams of protein per serving. I can eat a whole bag!!

When they are on sale, I buy 10!!

Aloha nui loa,

Thanks Karen! Now that you mention the name, it's ringing a bell with me. I think I've seen them at my grocery store. I'm going to look for them this weekend.
