I am a bit hungry at times nothing big I don't know maybe head hunger. I think thursday I start soft foods. I am so happy I did this. Thanks for your support and welcome any hints.Hugs Gail

Congrats on your week long journey.. I remember wanting to eat..Must of been leftover from before surgery, and it will get to ya if you let it..Just try and stick to the diet and you will survive ..we all do. And yes you will miss food, your favorites like mac-n- cheese and stuff, but as you know the surgery is so worth it. Just to lose the weight....I'm down 75#'s and am going on 7 months, and it does not seem possible. Remember we are all there for you, if you need anything
Take care

Hi Gail--Thanks for checking in and letting us know how you are doing.  I was thinking of you and wondering how you were coming along. This surgery is so worth it.  I remember checking my WLS 3 hole binder reference book constantly to see if I was doing every thing I was supposed to be doing and when I was supposed to be doing it.  I am 3 1/2 months out and Saturday I bought a new bra and it was THREE SIZES smaller.  Yippee.  But most of all, I feel terrific and can move, move, move.  I have my life back again and boy am I enjoying it with 65 pounds lost and another 44 to go.  Good luck to you , Sister of OFF.

Hugs,
Sandy
