I have the same thing-I am constantly told not to lose any more weight, and I don't want to. I am happy where I am now. So I am trying to eat more to maintain. So far today for breakfast I had 6 or 7 strips of bacon and 2 pancakes with butter(no syrup-don't like it). And I am making split pea soup for later today.

I love split pea soup. I have a friend that is maintaining,as I am. She simply added a little mor peanut butter and such. I guess what ever works!
I am looking forward to an extra scoop of sweet potatoes!
It takes me a while to eat,I have small meals.
Hope your day is great!

I love split pea soup.  Would you mind sharing your recipe?  Thanks so much.

Linda!   Svelte???  Oh my gosh, what a compliment.  You have lost 301 pounds, does it really sink in what an accomplishment that is?  You are probably one in a million who has actually lost that much weight.  I truly admire you and all the others here who have reached goal, whether it be 50 lbs or 300.  I came to a screeching halt after losing 120 and can't seem to get started again. I have pretty much fallen back to my old habits but on a smaller scale. I Need to lose at least another 50-75.  So, a warning to all those tempted by those old habits; don't even get started, it's very hard to get back to the original plan.

Now Miss Barb,we are all here for you, there are many who stray and get back to their new lives.I came here after I had gained 10 pounds and asked if I could post my food,to keep myself honest.I was on a new med,and that  was the problem...but you gotta want it BAD enough. We are here!!!
You have a TOOL!
We'll help, all of us have been there, done that, one way or another. Hugs!!!

What do you see when you look in the mirror Linda???? This part of WLS continues to confuse me. I still see fat. Most of my brain says that size 4 isn't fat but the majority can't comprehend this fact. Oh boy, no wonder I keep seeing the shrink.

I was served coffee in bed this morning. Smile - he's good to me.

Breakfast - Kashi, cottage cheese, berries
L & D - I am having a shake.
s - probably none

Kisses

Collarbones still surprise me. Underneath my clothes,I see some wrinkles, and a vajayjay,I could not see before...grin!
Yeah sis,and belly...
I see me,and I'm OK.

Hi there Linda.  Everyone's meals sound luscious.  Guess what?  No chicken today LOL.

B:  2 cups of coffee and a Nature Valley Bar.
S:  Cottage cheese with pineapple
L/D:  Meatloaf, glazed baby potatoes with brown sugar Splenda and just a little butter.
Snack:  I'm betting I will be having another slice of meatloaf before the night is over.

Lots of water.  I keep forgetting my water, so I have to be more conscientious.  I hope everyone has a wonderful day.
