I have a date ty all for prayers

Thanks to all for prayers and good thoughts.Well most know I have been changed from band to sleeve... and my Surgery is set for April 7th. I am now in the Im scared chitless  mode.When will this end?

Most of us experienced that fear and anxiety pre surgery also. The unknown is hard to deal with. I felt better just getting through the surgery part. It was now a "done deal" and I would deal with whatever came. Stay busy as you can and April 7th will be here before you know it. Congratulations on your date. It has been a life saving medical miracle for me.

I am so trying to stay busy.Been shopping shopping shopping but it doesnt help those late night thoughts am I sure Im doing right thing etc..........Thanks for reply

Get out of bed, clean a closet or drawer, iron all those tablecloths that never get ironed, work on your profile on line. You'll be glad you did. . . it's fun to look back at your progress and great for new people to find hope. Be sure to take before pictures. . .

Wow!  In just five short weeks you will start your new life, and what a wonderful life it will be.  When I was in "chitless mode", I came right here and found support and comforting words.  Best wishes!
