Linda,
She is smaller than any of my cats. Isabella AKA "Tubby" is a plump 20 pounds. If she were a person I would call her voluptuous and sexy.

Food isn't staying in me today. Woke up with a headache and now I am gurgling, burbling and not feeling so great. No protein drinks in the house either. If this continues I'll send Tom to get me something. Just liquids might be a good choice.

Kisses

Hiya sis,I think liquids are a good choice. There is a vicious flu going on here,I am hanging on.
Your cat could eat my doggie...arrgh!!
Feel better,dear friend.

I have a hundred pound "shake & wake" also.
Big hugs, CV Linda

Also lots of water.

Linda,I am so sorry to hear about your friend. A 100 pound shake and wake...hmm, not sure I know what that is.
I hope you have a restful sleep.
Big hugs back to you,and thank you so much for being here.

Hi Linda.  First what is bothering me is the president' speech last night.  He is a marvelous orator, and yet not once did he look at the camera and the American people.  I so needed to feel that connection that everything would be alright, but he talked simply to the room full of people that are never going to want for anything.  Make sense?  I needed that personal connection even if it was through a TV screen.

Now, what I'm eating/ate

B:  coffee and 5 small pieces of sharp cheese
L:  cottage cheese with pineapple
D:  Oh no, cooking for one means leftovers, so it's chicken again in one form or the other :)  My daughter bought me about 20 packages of chicken on sale for my freezer (and yes I do believe at this point I can lay eggs :)  I am going to have peas and a small dap of taters with it.
S:  Protein drink

I love cooking in the crockpot, but I also love the steamer bags.  I found I can cook an omelet in it and it's awesome.  Who would have thought it?

Hiya Linda,I am sorry you did not feel a connection last night. I gotta figure out how I am gonna spend that 32.00 a month.
Maybe the camera man's fault from where ever you saw the broadcast,
He has to win over that room of people, needs their votes to get things passed.
I like your menu...I am gonna call this chicken week!
Take care,sweet friend.
