Hump Day-What's New?

John had the rest of his upper teeth out yesterday and they put in his dentures. Hurting a little and swollen. Tme will heal. Much stress here, I am tired and depressed....cold cold cold. Need some warmth.

I am supposed to leave on my trip in the morning. They are forcasting freezing rain tonight and up to 7 inches of snow tomorrow morning. Good Grief!!! I am going anyway. I will just have to drive slower that is all.

Nothing else happening here. I work 8 hours today and then I need to pack for my trip.

Good Morning all,

I have not been on here much at all.  I am struggling with many things right now and tend to retreat into myself when that happens. I do have an endocrinologist appt tomorrow, hope I get some answers about the thyroid nodule.  I am having lots of difficulty swallowing & sleeping.

Laureen, I am so sorry to read about your dog Dillinger. I know first hand how hard it is to make those decisions you are having to make right now. Our pets give us total uncomplicated love.

Happy Happy Birthday to You , Pat.I hope it is VERY Special

Not much going on here. Not enjoying work at all. I do NOT understand how it is they hire people here and they don't get their badges, or computer access for WEEKS. The poor new nurse, I am trying to train her on things and she is getting very testy on so many things. I want to tell her to just take a chill pill. I have been doing  her job since November when Chris quit, so I have continued because the new one can't do anything with out puter access. I was showing her yesterday what to do with new records that come in, she said well if I am suppose to be doing this why are you. I just stopped. Fine, I will just put the records in her mail box now and she can deal with it. Also when we send for records it seems every hospital or clinic has their own rules for medical release of information. She gets all huffy, saying "This is my THING, they cant have you do it this way or that".. Well fine, but if we want records from them we have to do what they want. I completely expect  things to get better, I would sure be frustrated if it was me in here shoes, but she doesn't come back to earth I am in big trouble..Also found out that this lovely stimulus package is going to enable us to almost double the clients we serve. Which means almost double MY work.. crap. Other than that life is good, going to have a taste of spring day, yippee.

 First & foremost Happy Birthday Pat!!!! I hope this day brings everything you want.
 Well I finally got my van into the shop. I hope it's not too expensive I am tired of driving my DH's truck. The best thing about his truck is the heated seats. I get to go to Grand Rapids next week again to babysit. Eileen, I hope to see you this time.

The new puppy is doing good. He is driving my other two crazy. He has to sleep on my pillow, not to bad now but when he gets bigger we will have a problem!

I got 5 wagon loads of wood into the shed yesterday. Boy am I out of shape. Haven't gotten much exercise this winter due to 3 surgery's. It feels great to be able to do this now.

I don't know about the get-together. That is not a good weekend for me. I may get up for Saturday and Sunday, but not before. And then I'm not even sure about that. July there's already a lot of people off, and I'm sure I'm going to be asked to put in more hours. I wi**** wasn't in July ... everybody wants that month off, and I don't have the seniority to bump anybody.
