Hi Kathy,
Today is my weight lifting class today with workout buddy Deb (another Deb!!) who had the lapband. We are each other's biggest cheerleaders.
My arms are now really toned along with my back.
My "angel wings'' don't look too bad now, I'm trying to prove my surgeon wrong that I will have an okay body without plastics! Hell...I just can't afford it so it's workout time for me and I have accepted my body for what it is.

Went for a walk with another friend during lunchtime. Got in about 3 miles.
Tomorrow it will be my water aerobics day.
The sun is shining here in Kalamazoo!! wwwwhhhoooooo!!!

I will be hitting the gym after work today and doing at least 40 mins set on interval training on the elliptical.  Then Abs and back.
