Hi Linda. I hope you have a great day at work. I'm retired now, and I have to admit I'm enjoying it.
You KNOW I'm battling a few pounds, so I'm working hard at keeping calories to a minimum.
Breakfast-Nature Valley Bar and coffee
Lunch-cottage cheese with pineapple
Dinner- Guess what chicken again. I'm going to start laying eggs before I'm finished :) I'm having cooked carrots with it. I have been going through the carrot phase for quite awhile now, so I'm glad they are good for you. Strange, because I don't like raw carrots at all.
Snack: probably popcorn.
I'm looking forward to seeing our new President on TV tonight.

Let's see, what did I eat?
Breakfast - egg and cheese omolet (it has been 438 days since my surgery, probably 390 days since I have been able to eat eggs. I bet I have had at least 350 omolets, probably closer to 370).
Lunch and Supper - Grilled chicken breast, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup garlic spinach (same both meals).
Snacks - chex mix, cheese.
