Linda,

Since signing up to be a substitute teacher in November, I haven't been called to teach once, so the other day I put in applications at Lowe's and Wal-Mart.  I've got to earn at least enough to pay for gas for my car and the occasional shopping trip at the Goodwill Store.  I've never been in the position of having to ask my husband for cash - don't think it would be good for the balance of power in our relationship.

My husband was not amused by the puppies' destruction of the linoleum in their room yesterday.  I got a long lecture about how we're not going to keep them if they do stuff like that and we can't afford to replace the floor and so on and so on.  Then he nailed an old door mat over the bare section of floor and we moved on to other subjects.

B: chocolate peanut butter banana protein shake
S: iced skinny latte
L: beans with ham
S: yogurt
D: steak, edamame salad
S: SF banana pudding

Good Morning Linda and all, Went to the Renaissance Fair on Sunday.  What a beautiful day it was.  My husband bought tickets to the"Pleasure Feast", 6 courses.  Ugh!  I made Sunday a no counting day and just went with the program.  When I got home, I logged everything onto thedailyplate.com and was amazed to see that I consumed around 1900 calories.  I'm not going to beat myself up about it.  Thank God I only go every other year.  Oh well, I was back on track Monday and today is another day.

Cuppa ambition
B-eggbeaters omelet
S-protein drink
L turkey& cheese rollup spinach salad
S-turkey jerky
D-shrimp & edamame
S- greek yogurt & kashi

That's my menu and I'm stickin' to it.

Reggie
