My post double posted so that's why the delete.

Thanks, Laureen

I lent out my big crate so will see if I can get it back. We'll see how she does tonight. She and Newt are in the big kitchen while we are at work and no poop or pees all day...let her out and sometime after that she has pooped in the house. It is raining again today so we'll see if she does it again. She knew we were not pleased and she aims to please and is so smart, so I hope we don't have to crate her. Hope the chewing is an age thing too.

Give Dillinger a hug and pat for me.

cheryl-my roxie still pees and poos in the house-without reason! it is frustrating--don't give up....

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Good Tuesday morning ~

Same old freezing cold in my part of the world. Yesterday, my client decided we should go look at Taughannock Falls. We didn't walk the trail but went to the overlook. Whatever.. I froze my hiney off!!!

We had two people at the support group who are trying to decide WHICH surgery is best. I think we convinced them that this is an individual choice and one is not superior over the other. It makes me proud of the group members to hear them be so objective.

Car hunting = yuckies! Within reason I don't care what I drive. I'd rather shop for a new diamond. That is much more fun. Unfortunately, I can't drive a diamond to work.

Kisses to all

Where are the rest of our peeps........seems like the amount of posts get smaller and smaller each day.

I am off to Coldwater for a birthday luncheon with my brother Steve, sister Mary, cousins Judy & Karen and an aunt Maybelle.  We will eat at Bob Evans.....after checking my calorie book it was tough to find anything I could eat that was low calorie, high protein and not loaded with sodium. ...  settled on grilled chicken breast...sure hope it's not cooked to death!

The sun is shining brightly here this morning, but it's terribly cold -- was 9 deg. when I got up.  At least it's not snowing......

I don't have much to report today, just missing a whole bunch of friends on this forum.

Have a great day,
Hugs,
Pat R.

Pat, You sound like you feel better about your plan of action this week. It's amazing what getting back to basics can do isn't it? I need to do more of the same. Without Mike here I find myself munching when I have no need to. Stop it Karen!

Annette,
Go look at a Nissan Versa. I got a 4 door hatchback in May and I just love it. almost 40 miles to the gallon great on milage. Also go look at the Pontiac Vibes. Also a hatchback great on milage.
I have an 04 and I get 32 miles to the gallon and I have 112 thousand miles on it and it still going strong.
Tevia likes the new car.
I think I paid around 17,500 for it.

Carla,

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm going with another Malibu - this one is a 4 door hatch back though. I sat with my mechanic and discussed cars for a long time. Since he does all repairs (parts & labor) for FREE, I wanted to find something he feels is good.

You are sounding more like our perky Carla. Does that mean you are feeling better?

Annie sends her love to Tevia. She has been unusually loving and staying out of mischief. Scary ... makes me wonder what she is up to.

Kisses

HI Carla,
So good to see you!

My son got a Nissan Versa. A black one like Hero had on Heroes the first season! He loves that show, he's just a big kid. I think he got the car just for that reason. When we went to go see him this summer, he drove us around in it and we loved it. I wanted one! My husband is very tall and he had lots of headroom!

Oh, BTW, wish we were closer so we could scrapbook together!

Take Care,
Cheryl

Annette, I'm so with you on the car shopping. Right at the top of my list of things I hate. The very top. I hate those little games the salesmen play. And they are much better than I am. I go in with a game plan, and then usually fall for there's. . . . .
