Thank you, thank you and thank you again for all your loving prayers, kind words and positive thoughts, for anyone who doubts it, there is a great deal of power in all of that. . .

This morning the surgeon called, said Dillinger had one arythmia episode last night that was controlled via medication and that he had woken up this morning alert, vocal and very displeased with his surroundings and that they felt he would best be served by recuperating at home.  My guy was at home with me and we made a ramp out of some plywood leftover from the construction and some carpeting for him to get up the stairs if he needed to and then went to pick him up, I got a page of instructions for his care, plus meds and I made a comfy bed for him with an old comforter, on which he is resting comfortably and by the way, he made the stairs without any trouble!

We thank you for your love and whatever time he has left will be had here in the comfort of his home.

With Love, Laureen & Dillinger

Happy day for you both.  I know when we heard about our suprise Christmas gift trip to Disney, our first thought was about our Diablo. Sara had made arrangements for him to visit with one of her co-workers family for the time. They took him in as one of their dogs, they have 2, and loved him for us. Such a relief to know he was looked after so well. Since our return he has seen this great family a few times and gets excited at seeing him.
We love our animals as children.....smile with them, hurt with them, treasure them. Know you and Dillinger are in our hearts.

this is a whooooooooooooooooooooo hooooooooooooooooooo moment!!!!!!!!!!

I get up every morning determined to both change the world and have one hell of a good time. Sometimes this makes planning my day difficult.

Hey you two,

I have been gone most of the day but rushed to read for news. This sounds comfortable for both of you. Rest happy tonight.

Glad he's home. That's the best place to recuperate. You can give him all your love, and that's what he really needs now.
